Abstract

FOXY LADY represented by Bill Bremner, requested redress claming that the Race Committee had recorded an elapsed time for ROCK N ROLLA less than her own, whereas she finished ahead of ROCK N ROLLA. Jerry Rollins representing the Race Committee investigated the matter and then accepted that the Race Committee had made an error. The recorded elapsed time for ROCK N ROLLA was adjusted from 01:26:24 to 01:34:24 and the results recalculated.
